I’ve got a fun recipe for you today! One of my all-time favorite appetizers is spinach artichoke dip. It’s so cheesy and delicious, and I love the creamy spinach and salty artichokes together. Macaroni and cheese has also been one of my all time fav foods (who doesn’t like mac n cheese?!) so…
Question: What would it be like if we combined the two?
(We’ve been binge-watching the office and freaking love Dwight)
Boxed macaroni and cheese is probably one of the most convenient things ever. Unfortunately, most brands are just loaded with sodium. I am happy to announce that I have found a lower sodium boxed mac n cheese: O Organics! Their organic macaroni and cheese has about 200mg less sodium per serving than other boxed mac n’ cheese.
If you live in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, you can find O Organics products at Albertsons and Tom Thumb. They feature more than 300 items from fresh fruits and veggies, to wholesome dairy and meats, cereals, snacks and more. This year they are adding 100 more items to their O Organics line! So many affordable USDA-certified organic options to choose from.
You can totally vamp up your regular yummy mac n cheese by adding all sorts of things! To make this spinach-artichoke dip mac, you just need a jar of artichokes, some fresh baby spinach, cream cheese and half and half or milk.
