Spinach Artichoke Dip Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 box O Organics Macaroni and Cheese
  • 1 16- oz can artichoke hearts drained
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 2 Tbsp half and half

Instructions

  1. Boil the macaroni according to the box directions, drain and return to pot on low heat.
  2. Add the cheese sauce packet, artichokes, cream cheese, baby spinach and half and half. Let everything melt together and the spinach wilt. Stir well!
