Fresh fruit is abundant in the summertime—whip up this delicious yogurt dip to go along with your summer berries, grapes, peaches and pineapple. Cream cheese and raspberry preserves sweetens up protein-rich Greek yogurt for a high protein, flavor-packed fruit dip.

Hi friends! I’m excited to share another Sprouts creation with you today! In case you missed it, last week I shared a recipe for Baked Brie with Honey, Peaches & Basil. I’ve had so much fun creating these recipes for Sprouts, using my favorite summer staples.

Speaking of SUMMER, today’s the first official day! Let’s celebrate with tons of fresh fruit that’s now in season. For today’s recipe, I made a cream cheese and yogurt fruit dip with Sprout’s raspberry preserves— perfectly sweet without being full of sugar and spreads easily. This dip pairs deliciously with fresh strawberries, grapes, mandarins, any fresh fruit that you like!

Sprout’s Farmer’s Market created a website dedicated only to their branded items, and it’s pretty neat! They have a blog section to display new products, and a whole page dedicated to recipes! Check out my recipe for Raspberry & Cream Cheese Yogurt Dip here, or print the recipe below!

This yogurt dip is sweet, yet packed with protein because it’s made with Greek yogurt! It’ll last in the fridge all week. I’d recommend making yourself a fruit tray & whipping this up at the beginning of the week and you’ll have a ready-made snack! I like to eat this fruit dip + strawberries for my mid-morning snack along with my coffee. So tasty and refreshing!

Here’s the recipe!
