I’ve been seeing sheet pan nachos trending on Pinterest and decided it was about time I tried them for myself! Sheet Pan nachos are perfect for weekend snacking and/or meals. I made this batch on Sunday while we were relaxing and just laying around the house watching TV. A lazy Sunday was definitely needed this past weekend!

All you need is a bag of tortilla chips and a bunch of toppings. Here’s a video to show you how easy it is to make Sheet Pan Nachos!

Other toppings you could include:

  • Black beans
  • Re-fried beans
  • Red onion
  • White onion
  • Green olives
  • Black olives
  • Chopped tomatoes
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Diced zucchini
  • Diced poblano peppers
  • Pickled peppers
  • Mushrooms
  • Pepper Jack cheese
  • Velveeta (no shame)
  • Chopped bacon
  • BBQ chicken
  • Shrimp
  • Crab meat
  • Chroizo
  • Sausage

For my toppings, I chose: seasoned ground beef, sweet corn, yellow and red bell peppers, fresh jalapeno and cheddar cheese. After baking, I topped with sour cream, avocado and cilantro. Yum!

There’s really no recipe for this– just top a baking sheet with a bag of tortilla chips and add 6-8 toppings of your choice. Add a thick layer of cheese and bake at 400 for ten minutes or so until the cheese has melted. Be creative! What would you guys add to your nachos?
