Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cups parmesan cheese
  • 10 oz frozen spinach thawed and drained
  • 1 14 oz can artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 2/3 cup light sour cream
  • 1/3 cup reduced fat mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese
  • 8 oz reduced fat cream cheese thawed
  • 1 Tbsp white wine vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Mix together the parmesan, spinach and artichokes.
  3. In another bowl, combine the sour cream, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, feta, vinegar.
  4. Combine the two bowls together, spread into a 13x9 baking dish.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Serve with crackers or bread!
