Add the pine nuts to a dry non-stick skillet and cook over medium-low heat, stirring frequently, until golden in spots, about 3 minutes.
Combine the mayo, lemon juice, mustard, and hot sauce in a medium bowl. Add the chicken, celery, green onions and basil. Stir well.
Serve chicken salad on bed of spinach on your favorite bread or tortilla. Sprinkle with pine nuts.
