Cinnamon Sugar Grilled Pineapple

Change up your dessert game this summer with grilled pineapple! This decedent dessert is light yet satisfying. Grilling the pineapple brings out the sweetness and caramelizes the fruit’s natural sugar. Topped with whip cream and a cherry!

Ingredients

  • 1 pineapple, cored and sliced into rings
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • cooking spray
  • whip cream & cherries for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the pineapple rings and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.

  2. Place a grill pan over medium heat. Spray with cooking spray. Add the pineapple slices to the pan. Cook until just soft and caramelized on each side, about 3-4 minutes on each side. 

  3. To serve, top with whip cream and a cherry.
