Chicken Meatball Poppers with Spicy Sweet Chili Mayo

Ingredients
For the meatballs
1 1/2lbground chicken
1tsponion powder
½tspsalt
¼tspblack pepper
Squirt of sriracha
Splash of soy sauce
1egg
1cuppanko breadcrumbs
½cupregular breadcrumbs
For the spicy mayo
4tbspmayo
2tbspsweet chili sauce
Splash soy sauce
Squirt of sriracha
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
Grease a mini muffin tin. Combine all of the ingredients for the meatballs and mix with your hands well. Add extra breadcrumbs if the mixture is sticking to your hands.
Divide into 1 Tbsp size balls and place into tin.
Bake at 400 F for 25 minutes or until 165 internally.
Mix together the ingredients for the sauce in a small bowl. Serve on the side.
