Sweet cotton candy grapes combined with crunchy apple chips, tangy goat cheese, ripe tomatoes, and rotisserie chicken. Served on a bed of tender spring greens and topped with candied pecans. All tossed in an apple golden balsamic dressing!

Ingredients
Dressing ingredients:
¾cup+ 2 Tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
¼cupwhite balsamic vinegar
2Tbsp.apple juice
1Tbsp.apple cider vinegar
2tspsugar
¾tsponion powder
¾tspgarlic powder
¼tspsalt
1/8tspginger powder
Salad ingredients:
16ozmixed greens
3ozapple chips
2cupsrotisserie chickencooled and shredded
4ozcrumbled goat cheese
1small red onionthinly sliced in half rings
4Campari tomatoesquartered
½cupchopped candied pecans
2cupscotton candy grapeshalved
Instructions
1. Combine all of the dressing ingredients in a small jar and shake for 10-20 seconds until well combined. Set aside.
2. In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, apple chips, chicken, goat cheese, onion, tomatoes, pecans, and grapes.
3. Pour dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
