Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground flax seed
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • juice from a small lemon
  • 1 pkt Cocovia Supplement Dark Chocolate Sweetened
  • 1 graham cracker, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients except for the graham cracker until smooth and creamy.

    Garnish with the crumbled graham cracker.
