Instant Pot Cranberry Sauce

Servings 6 (small side dish serving)

  • 12 oz fresh cranberries, rinsed
  • 1 granny smith apple, diced
  • juice + zest from 1 orange
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt


  1. Place the cranberries, apple, orange juice, and orange zest in the Instant Pot. Close lid and press "Manual" and set for 1 minute. Let the Instant Pot naturally release pressure for 7 minutes, then use the quick release valve. 

  2. Press the "Saute" button on the Instant Pot. Add the sugar, maple syrup, cinnamon and salt to the pot. Stir to combine and use a spatula to break the fruit into pieces. Cook for two minutes, then remove from heat.
