Easy Cheesy Turkey Pasta Dinner

This delicious ONE POT cheesy turkey pasta dinner is sure to please the whole family! Ground turkey is combined with Italian spices, milk and cheddar cheese to create a tasty pasta dish!

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 16 oz 90% lean ground turkey
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 Tbsp dried basil
  • 1/2 Tbsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 cups medium egg noodles, uncooked
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and garlic. Cook for 1 minute. Add the turkey and cook until it's no longer pink. Break into small pieces with a spatula.

  2. Add the paprika, basil, oregano, salt, pepper and tomato paste. Stir to combine. 

  3. Add the milk and water. Add the egg noodles and stir. Let simmer for 6-7 minutes, until the egg noodles are cooked through. 

  4. Turn the heat down to low and let sit for a few minutes to thicken. Fold in the cheddar cheese.
