Apple Oatmeal Crisp

Ingredients

  • 5 honeycrisp apples, peeled and sliced thin
  • 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup Sprouts Brand Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 1/4 cup Sprouts Brand Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 Tbsp softened butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the apples, sugar, water, cornstarch, cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir to combine. Spray the inside of a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. Add the apples to the dish.

  3. In a small bowl, combine the oat flour, old-fashioned oats, brown sugar, cinnamon and softened butter. Stir with a fork until crumbly.

  4. Add the topping to the apples. Bake for 30 minutes, until the apples are cooked through.

  5. Serve with vanilla ice cream!
