Fresh broccoli florets tossed with garlic and olive oil, roasted and topped with lemon juice, pine nuts and shaved parmesan. Perfect side dish for any meal! Add roasted broccoli to your weeknight rotation.

Ingredients
2-3large heads broccolicut into florets
4tspgarlic
3Tbspolive oil
salt and pepper
1Tbspolive oil
juice from ½ lemon
¼cuppine nuts
⅓cupshaved parmesan
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400 F.
Place florets on sheet pan, drizzle with garlic and olive oil and use your hands to combine.
Roast for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and toss in additional olive oil, lemon juice, pine nuts and shaved parmesan. Serve immediately.
