Sauteed Mushrooms with Ghee Herb Sauce

The perfect Spring side dish: savory cremini sauteed mushrooms in buttery ghee and tossed with fresh herbs.

  • 16 oz Cremini or button mushrooms, whole
  • 2 Tbsp ghee
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • fresh thyme, chopped
  • Italian flat leaf parsley, chopped


  1. Saute the first three ingredients in a large skillet until the mushrooms are cooked through. Toss with herbs to finish!
