This dish is a classic European meal – green cabbage pan-fried in olive oil with low-fat turkey kielbasa. Pair this cabbage skillet with toasty bread for a complete meal!
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil. Add the onion and garlic and cook until the onion is translucent.
Stir in the red wine vinegar and kielbasa, saute until the sausage is heated through.
Add the cabbage, paprika, salt and pepper and cook until the cabbage has wilted and caramelized.
