Flourless Banana Berry Oatmeal Muffins

Moist and sweet breakfast muffins full of fiber and omega-3's!

Ingredients

  • 2 mashed ripe bananas
  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder
  • 3 cups Old Fashioned oats
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries strawberries, raspberries, blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Natvia sweetener

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients together.
  3. Spray a muffin pan with liners with non-stick spray.
  4. Divide batter into 15 muffin cups.
  5. Bake 20-30 minutes, until the muffins are firm to the touch and browned.
