Garden Party Pasta Salad

Packed with crunchy veggies, ham, cheddar cheese and tossed with zesty Italian dressing, this pasta salad is sure to be a hit at your next picnic or barbecue.

  • 1 12 oz pkg sea shell pasta
  • 2 small broccoli crowns, chopped
  • 4 large carrots, diced
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • .5 lb ham, diced
  • 6 oz cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 1/3 bottle Zesty Italian dressing


  1. In a large pot, boil water and cook the pasta according to package directions. In the last two minutes, add the broccoli and carrots. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the pasta, broccoli, carrots, cucumber, ham and cheese.

  3. Pour the dressing into the bowl and mix thoroughly.
