What I’m Loving {Week 1}

March 7, 2014

whati'm loving

Recipes I’d Like to Try:

This Mushroom & Goat Cheese Bruschetta from William Sonoma. What could be better than mushrooms and goat cheese on crusty bread? Two of my favorite foods.

I’ve been spiralizing a lot lately, and this recipe of Spring Zucchini Pasta with Peas, Leeks & Watercress looks amazing! I can’t wait for Spring, for multiple reasons. One, for tank tops and 70 degree weather. Two, for spring vegetables to come out and replace all the wrinkled, nasty looking winter produce that’s been haunting grocery store shelves for a while!

This Balsamic Chicken & Strawberry Panini. I love strawberry salad with balsamic dressing, so what a good idea to put it on a panini! Her Grapefruit Yogurt Cake recipe also looks amazing. Definitely going to try this out for whoever’s birthday is next at work.

 I bought Nike Free 5.0+ and they are the MOST comfortable shoes I’ve ever owned. Running in these felt like a whole new world just opened up. They feel like I’m wearing socks.
