Welcome to Zen & Spice! {Plus Giveaway!}

Hello everyone and welcome to my new website! I am SO excited to finally share it with you.

My name is Emily, and I have been blogging as The Apron Blog for over a year now. I am a Registered & Licensed Dietitian working in the Dallas area. I’ve really enjoyed getting into the blogging world, and now that I’ve finally gotten a hang of it, I decided it was time for a major face lift.

The previous blog was mostly about cooking and my favorite recipes. But the more I kept blogging about those topics, the more I wanted to branch out into talking about other things– workouts, beauty and fashion finds, and most importantly: meditation, yoga and stress relief. Hence, Zen and Spice!

    All time favorite food? That’s tough. But it’s probably a good old-fashioned baked macaroni and cheese. YUM!
