Summertime is officially here. As the temperatures rise, it can be challenging to prepare a warm meal, let alone open your oven or turn on the stove. But don’t sweat it – no-cook meals are perfect for days when you can’t take the heat and must stay out of the kitchen. On Wednesday, July 18, Emily Weeks, RDN, will demonstrate how to make three meals – no oven or stove needed!

- Be inspired to create new, healthy meals that are perfect for summer
