Plant Based Cooking Demo in DFW!

It’s time to make veggies part of your everyday routine! An easy way to get your daily dose is to adopt a plant-based diet, which focuses on nutrient-rich veggies, fruits, legumes and grains as the star ingredients in dishes and snacks. But don’t let the term “plant-based” scare you – there’s so many ways to make plant-based meals taste great!

On Wednesday, June 27, Emily Weeks, RDN, will host a fun and informative cooking demo showcasing some of the benefits of a plant-based lifestyle, along with three easy plant-based meals.

Attendees will:

  • Learn about the health benefits of plant-based nutrition
  • Get the 411 on how to incorporate plant-based proteins into your meals
  • See and taste three delicious plant-based dishes

Samples will be provided and fun giveaways will be available throughout the event! Every attendee will receive a complimentary Sprouts reusable shopping bag and a Sprouts Brand product.

This is a family-friendly event. Printed tickets are not required for attendance. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
