Garden to Table Cooking Series: Spring Greens Brunch

In this fun, interactive class, you’ll learn techniques for creating a delicious spread of brunch favorites including a flavorful risotto with fresh julienned basil, cherry tomato quiche, and seasonal roasted vegetables. Enjoy tastes of a variety of adventurous dishes to satisfy every taste bud and craving.

Registered Dietitians Emily Weeks and Dixya Bhattarai welcome you to their summer cooking series entitled, Gather: Garden to Table. A fun, hands-on class that promotes seasonal cooking and a love for food. Refine your kitchen skills and explore new ways to incorporate fresh in-season produce from your garden or local grocer. Great for all levels of experience, from seasoned cooks to beginners looking to expand their culinary skills.
