If you loved Tuna Helper as a child, bring back those happy memories with a homemade version using simple ingredients! Peas and garlic sauteed in butter along with heavy cream and Parmesan. So simple!

Ingredients
- 16 oz rotini pasta
- 3 tbsp butter, unsalted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 ½ cups frozen peas
- ¾ tsp salt
- 1 ½ cups frozen peas
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream
- 3 oz Parmesan cheese, grated
- 3 (6 oz) cans chunk light tuna in water
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- Meanwhile, heat another large pot over medium heat. Once the pot is hot, add butter and swirl to coat the bottom. Add garlic to the pot and stir until fragrant, 15-30 seconds.
- Add peas and salt. Cook, stirring occasionally, until peas are heated through, 4-5 minutes.
- Add cream to the pot with the peas and bring to a simmer. Once pasta is done, drain and add to the pot along with the Parmesan.
- Drain tuna, add to the pot, and gently stir to combine.
