I’ve got some BIG news about Zen & Spice! The last three months have been full of meetings, emails, planning, and designing. I am so excited to announce that I am collaborating with an awesome company called Artizone. It is so cool to work with a company that has such similar values to what I preach every day on my blog.
Artizone is grocery shopping the new-age way. High-quality, artisanal products and everyday goods delivered right to your door. Right now, they home deliver to Dallas, Chicago and Denver.
They are the only grocery store where you can buy locally sourced products, sorted into aisles and shelves, just like the regular supermarket. Think of it as dozens of farmers markets all pulled together in one place. The artisans sell everything from homemade mozzarella, fresh pies, granola, free range eggs, grass fed beef (which I was sent a giant sample and I’m in LOVE), local produce and decadent handmade desserts.
Not only do they have artisanal products, but they also have regular staples as well, like Dole frozen fruit, Barilla pasta, canned beans and soups, and toilet paper.
What’s also neat is, artizone has a huge database of recipes inputted into their system. All you have to do is choose a recipe, and it will add all the ingredients to your cart. Now that’s easy shopping!
I am collaborating with artizone in a couple different ways. I will be writing several posts per week for their blog, as well as managing some of their social media on Facebook. Read today’s post about the importance of giving yourself permission to eat the foods you love.
I am also opening up a shop as an artisan! What I’ll be offering:
- Meal Planning: Save time and let the expert (me!) plan your meals– along with a customized grocery list! Clients will receive 7 meals along with recipes, and a customized artizone shopping list.
- Private Cooking Lessons: I am SO EXCITED for this one. Clients will spend two hours finding (or rekindling) their love with cooking, learning basic cooking essentials, or how to cook recipes that match their dietary needs.
- Nutrition Coaching: This is the same coaching service that I offer through my private practice, minus the grocery store tour, because artizone is an online grocery store. Clients will learn to make peace with food and free themselves from chronic dieting.
- Nutrition Presentations: Artizone supplies many companies in the Dallas area with fresh produce and snacks for their offices. Learning good nutrition at work is one of the best ways to lower health costs. I will be providing nutrition presentation services for companies looking for an interactive wellness program.

Have you heard of artizone? Would you be willing to try an online grocery delivery service? Have you already?
